Upgrading from Win8 to 8.1 using Classic Shell.

Has anybody using CLASSIC SHELL done the Win-8 to 8.1 upgrade? Were there any issues encountered when you did the upgrade?

I'm lousy at troubleshooting and am reluctant to do it. I really like having the Win-7 environment and don't want to screw it up. I am using Non-Touch screen Win-8.

Since I am using Classic Shell...is there any point in doing the upgrade? Will they likely not give me a choice at some future point?

Did the upgrade with no problems. I love classic shell, it's a gem. Can't imagine why anyone would want/need one of the non-free alternatives instead.

Just to follow up; I did the upgrade from Win-8 to 8.1 and my Classic Shell remained intact...no issues at all.

Way too easy...I'm suspicious, Microsoft never does anything this easy!
