stament
Hi I need to deposit some cash into my bank account in Chiang Mai from BKK. Does anyone know what the fee structure is for this - is it a certain % upto a maximum amount? Thanks

stament
Thanks do you know if the same applies if you don't have the passbook or if it's someone else's account? Do you have a link to that page?
Finlaco
Kasikorn Help Line 028888 888 have always been helpful. Give them a call and get the info directly. Also on their web page under contacts is an email option but usually they will refer you to the helpline. stament
Thanks, just confirmed there is no upper limit to the charge on deposit or withdrawal. I said to them so if I deposit 100m you will charge me THB 100,000 and they said yes! CRAZY
stament
Oh sorry THB 100,000 plus the THB 20 calling fee. I forgot about Thai logic. I said if you are going to charge me that I'd rather go and open an account there and then with BKK Bank. They need the deposits but don't look at the bigger picture. Crazy!
