Tourism Thailand Remains a Top Destination for Chinese Tourists
Because they're greedy... Day 1: "Oh, no, the sky is falling... Not as many tourists as we were planning... Less money; all doom and gloom!!" Day 2: "What the somtam was written in the media yesterday? Oh no, we lost face... Let's come up with a new story, this time about Thailand, as usual, being 'the best of the best' (in fifth position)... Nothing at all to worry about!" A week later: "Bad news..." (repeat) -

Even MAGA Is Up in Arms Over Trump’s ‘Flying Grift’ From Qatar
Best not to be concerned about that have never happened. You’ll sleep better at night. -

Do you guys feel good about this ,the reporter says to ICE agents as…
One doesn't need to Google AI to realise that what is going on, and what so many are enthusing about is quite simply racially driven. It is not exactly a new phenomenon in American society, but Trump/MAGA have opened the bottle and released the genie! -

Who Gives a Flying Grift?
Most people commenting on this forum on Trump are "corrupt". Misinformation is a form of corruption. Pushing your bias incessantly like pitbulls out for blood, while completely ignoring and not acknowledging any positive developments. And not able or willing to see anything objectively. -

No one is above the law even New Jersey politicians.
With proper notification and approval. Not to barge in like a herd of elephants when they choose. Private citizens can’t do this. Neither can members of Congress. After all. No one is above the law. -

Why can’t China build jetengines ?
https://turbli.com/blog/why-is-it-so-hard-for-china-to-develop-jet-engines/ China is the world's manufacturing hub. But can it produce jet engines for aviation? After many years of development, the first Chinese airliner finally entered into service in 2022: the Comac C919. However, the Comac was almost entirely constructed using Western technology, engines included. For many, this move might seem obvious: build a plane using Western technology, learn from it, and make the next using your own. This is of course the case. China knew it was far behind with jet engines, and the only reasonable way to join the race was to begin by learning from Western products. Needless to say, this strategy was not invented in China. It has been used by almost all countries during their developing stage (in the 1950s, “Made in Japan” was considered the cheap copy). But, even if they do get engines to learn from. Can they manage to make their own? It's not that easy. Let's start from the beginning.
