3rd tourist visa until 10 of august?

hello here is my story:

i came with girlfriend in november with 60 days tourist visa we traveled through country and moved to koh samui for rent long term apartment (12 month)

after 60 days we did visa extension in immigration office and took visa run to malaysia and have second 2 entry visa , this visa was used 60+30 extension and border run to malaysia and back for activation second time in may all was okay, now today we made extension and we got only until 10 august it.

so question is is it possible somehow to live here until november? ( got apartments rented, got tickets back to homeland country)

so what to do?

as i know rule is from 13 august but in office of visa runs, they said for now they not working.

so if we fly to kuala lumpur/singapour for week and then with new (3rd tourist visa) back to thailand how big possibility of denied?
