Ist extension of triple not sure

Featured Replies

I obtained a triple entry tourist in Thai embassy in Australia and my 1st 60 days expire on 27th July . I need to extend another week only as my gf has had cancer surgery and I want to stay for her first chemo session to finish then I need to go home to work and save while she recuperates and has more treatments, before coming back not sure maybe 6 months.

Can I do it in udon. I arrived at BKK airport. What do I need to present and how much will it cost and how long do I have to wait?

Thanks

Presicely. might spend some 1-2 hour for the queue etc.

You cab get a 30 day extensuion on each entry. TM 7 form with picture and 1900 baht at your local office.

A rreminder:If you go home and come back in 6 months, even though you have a triple entry visa and have only used one entry it will be expired. All three entries mus be made on/before the "must enter by" date on the VISA!

I extended mine at Khon Kaen immigration this week.

You need to complete the TM.7 form which can be downloaded here http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php?page=download or fill out a copy when you get to immigration.

You also need a photocopy of your passport details, your visa and the entry stamp in your passport. You may also need a photocopy of your departure card but I'm not certain.

They will also want a passport sized photo and 1,900 Baht.

That's everything.
