Looks like this is the visa I will require to visit my Thai family if they change the 30 day stamp option. Will Thai consul in KL issue me this visa and how long does it take if all documents are in order??

THANKS in advance for your advise and comments

They do not issue multiple entry visas.

Savannakhet Laos is the only reliable location to get a multiple entry non-o based upon marriage. They do not ask for financial proof.

You could try Penang but you will need to show 400k baht in the bank.

KL do not issue any multiple entry visas anymore.

Savanaket, Laos is most popular to get the multiple non-O visa based on family.

For what its worth the KL web sight sounds like it offered this visa with 100k in the banks but i know with anything Thai and immigration especially consulates don't judge a book by it's cover could Singapore or HK be and option make a mini holiday out of it?

Although not heard good reports about Singapore consul and multy visas....

If you can even find anything on the KL website that even mentions a non-o visa now you are doing better than me.

Unless you are able to show 400k baht you can forget about any nearby location.

Hong Kong is a firm no. Singapore is a maybe with 400k baht.
