Death of Swedish National in Bangkok

A few days ago we discovered the body of a Swedish National in our apartment block (he was a resident) near Pin Klao. The police doctor stated that it had all the signs of a heart-attack and we are now waiting for the death certificate to confirm this. This gentleman was fairly reclusive but we do know that he had a number of Swedish friends in Bangkok and visited Krabi regularly.

Being that the media has not caught onto this yet and we have no confirmation that the embassy have managed to contact his twin sister in Sweden we have decided that we don't want to give out his name on a public forum. However we would like to be able to share this information with any concerned parties in Thailand.

He was a large man with a bald head and white beard. He was blind in one eye following a motorbike accident in Cambodia. He was born in Tanzania in 1961 and had lived in a number of South East Asian countries over the past couple of decades.
