Russian Passports

Nations of the world are discussing putting sanctions on Russia because of the aggressive attitude being taken by Putin. In light of the recent Russian survey which says that 86% of Russians support Putin in what he doing in the Ukraine i.e supporting with arms and training, and encouraging the pro Russian rebels (terrorists). Surely, with these figures, the world should be denying all Russian passports, not just a select few. Wherever they are, send them home to Russia and their trouble making hero Putin.
