A Tricky one

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am a NZ citizen living in Australia with my Thai wife (registered marriage) for the past 5.5 years.

She has now applied for and been granted a permanent resident visa for NZ, where we will move to next year.

We plan to visit Thailand and Laos from November to February and again from March to May before we start living in NZ.

What visa will I need.

Thankyou

A multiple entry non-O visa will do.

Gives you unlimited number of entries of 90 days during the one year validity.

Thankyou Mario, any idea of cost and requirements?

Cost will be 5,000 baht in local valuta (always slightly more than 5,000 baht).

Requirements depend on the consulate where you apply, but marriage certificate and wife's ID card and maybe a simple letter from the wife asking for a multiple entry non-O visa for you should do the trick.
