Went by visa run service and yes only paid money .

You need to leave by plane and spend a couple of days abroad, this is the only safe way. I just cleared a four year overstay with this method without problems, and so have many others

OP left and come back already, by land.

Only some land border caused trouble for overstayers, and only occasionally. They were acting illegally anyway.
