True Visions - Are they so incompetent?

no they are lists you make for yourself and the epg list you make to go with your tv list (I have mentioned this a few posts ago if you read above) and simply put the links in that area (they are not add-on related this is for adhoc streams)

1. So make a m3u list for yourself with the channels you want (google will help you find them)

2. them make the epg list with a xmltv file as outlined in this thread on xbmchub http://www.xbmchub.com/forums/threads/23637-Creating-Your-Own-XMLTV-Files I give some examples in this thread and there is a youtube video http://www.xbmchub.com/forums/threads/23637-Creating-Your-Own-XMLTV-Files?p=214700&viewfull=1#post214700 but the post is mostly about how to the xmltv or EPG part

As I said before it would be beneficial for all if this had its own thread ..

To configure it go under system >addons > enabled addons > PVR Clients > PVR IPTV Simple Client in the settings menu option

Thanks, but where do I get the "streams and electronic program guide" as in your reply # 26. Is that a plug in ?

Here is one site I've found that has working links (at the moment). Google is providing a wealth of results but a lot of them are dead links. I suggest we keep trying.

EDIT: to add the actual link http://www.tvonlinestreams.com/

if you read my post above and went to that youtube video, you would have seen it has the links you need for the playlist already in it and done ..

Watched it now and done.

YUP, me too. I think if you in install "I stream", (plug in) it could make it more user friendly

I'm wondering why anyone in their right mind would use True Vision... I dumped it 10 years ago and not miss it at all. I suggest you look for IPTV options (MAIGE TV, TOT etc.)

Some of us don't have much choice for satellite TV.

Then try IPTV instead of satellite. It works everywhere on a decent (3+ MB) Internet line ... http://www.maigetv.com/

True Aircard, charges me heavily for extensive download, so no solution. I think. blink.png
