Phira Sithiamnuai, MU vice president for administration and university council secretary, presided over yesterday's press conference to announce the recipients of "Outstanding Mum", "Century Mum", "Environmental Caring Mum" and "Jitsai Jaisikhao: Religious Mum" awards.
