Now here since new year. would like to meet up with others for a social gathering now and again. RedDevil7 Posted March 30, 2015 Share Posted March 30, 2015 The Phitsanulok English speaking expats meet up twice a week, firstly on a Wednesday lunchtime at the Topland Hotel 1st floor restaurant from 11:30am and secondly on a Friday night from 7pm at Katz bar which is located in the road behind the "old" bus station near to the Big C road.
