Nonthaburi 90 Day Report By Post - Next Time

Did my 90Day this morning ... roads still closed and big Detour. In and out in less than 5 minutes though.

 

Anyway asked the officer and he said...

 

EMS the below and include a SAE with 5Baht stamp affixed for return of the receipt slip. 

 

Copy of The Main Page of Your Passport

Copy of The Page of Your Passport which has your last Visa Extension Stamp

Copy of The Page of Your Passport with contains the Stamp of Your Last Entry Into Thailand

Copy of Your Departure Card

Original Last 90Day Report Receipt Slip ... maybe an idea to keep a copy of this.

Completed  TM47 ... apparently there is a new form (well new to me) and he gave me a copy... and it's different to the one on the Immigration Website.

 

That's all he said was necessary.

 

Definitely will do that in November.

That has been reported before. It is a locally modified form and is not a replacement for the TM47 for use at any other office.
