Looking For A Wedding Photographer

I'm getting married in Koh Samui on 21st Jan 2007 and am looking for a good photographer. I've found a few on the web and so far haven't been that impressed with the shots I've seen.

I want someone who can not just take a quick snap but has a bit of imagination. Are you that person or can you recommand a photographer.

If the photographer is based elsewhere in Thailand I will consider paying for travel to the island and accommadation.

Hi Cherod

I'm getting married in Koh Samui in November and had the same problem, even after my wedding co-ordinator assured me she had found the best photographer in Samui, I thought the photos were terrible.

I don't know what your budget is, but I decided to fly professional photographer Marc Schultz (www.marcschultz.com) in from Bangkok because his work looks fantastic. He costs $2000 USD + flights and accom (which were only a few hundred dollars US) and the photos are given to me on disk to print however I please. I've had a friend who is an award winning (very expensive!)photographer here in Australia check out his work for me and he said that it's outstanding.
