I am looking for a bit of information please.

I have just obtained Non Immigrant single entry O visa in England. My question is can I report to immigration at the end of each 90 days and stay in Thailand for 15 month as would happen with border runs on a multi entry visa or is this visa being a single entry only valid for the first 90 days. Thanks

A single entry visa is only good for one 90 day entry. What is your non-o based upon.

If you qualify for a one year extension of stay you could use the entry from it to apply for it at immigration.

I got the non-o based on age. I intend to get a retirement extension on the back of this when I return later this month. I just thought maybe I could put the extension off for another year.

You should of gotten a multiple entry non-o. But unless are 65 or over you cannot get one now in the UK.

You can apply for the extension of stay during the last 30 days of the entry you will get from the visa based upon retirement if you can show 800k baht in a Thai bank for 60 days or proof of 65k baht income by way of an income letter fromm the embassy or combination of the 2 totaling 800k baht.

I have my bank funds sorted already 900k baht been in an account for the last six weeks, 800k for my extension and 100k to live off on till my extension is granted. I return to the LOS at the end of this month hopefully never to return to England. Have I got everything in order? Cheers

It seem you have it covered. All you need to do is enter country and wait until you only have 30 days (45 at some offices) left and apply for the extension. It will be approved and stamped on the day you apply.

You will need to get a letter from your bank confirming your balance and have copies of your bank book to prove the money has been in the bank for 60 days.
