My 3 months ED visa going to be expire,i want to extend 1year education visa,how should i apply?

You need to obtain the support paperwork from your school, go to immigration office, apply and pay fee Bt 1,900.

If studying at private school you will obtain only 90 days extension.

My school cheat me, i think school is not registred with educition department,they are running just like fake,i asked some question to my school about visa extend my school told me that now a days visa extend is impossible here in thailand,they advised me to back my country and get new 1 year visa,i don't understand,

Then you need to find a legitimate school and get a new visa.

Yes, people going to legit schools can get extensions with the correct paperwork.

It will do you no good to go to immigration for an extension unless you have the required documents from the MOE and your school.

Yeh u need paperwork from school...

The new rules require you to leave the country and reapply for a new ED visa for another year. So just schedule on one of your next trips abroad a visit to a Thai embassy to get a new ED visa.

Cant be extended for one year at a time anymore.

Means u have to extend it every 90 days. Up to a year...

That in itself is false. If the school was legit they would have no problem in providing paperwork supporting extension of stay.

Its stamped papers from MOE thats matters. To get them school sends out student papers with school licence and company registration docs.

Then u get MOE papers that u take to consulate.

If school is fake then cant get MOE stamped papers cuz no licence, means no visa...

If OP got visa that means he has to had MOE papers, and that means school got licence...

Glad to hear that your confusion has been rectified. It must have been really tiring for you running around all those threads like a rabbit on speed.

Try to understand this (for the third time):

immigration does not grant extensions to application from certain schools, because they know the school is fake - failed attendance verification.

Consequence, the school does not give paperwork anymore for extensions. But, they are still OK with the MoE and give paperwork for visa, they advise their students to go get a new visa.

Unfortunately it is not allowed to name the scamming school here, otherwise anybody could check it.
