The video was obscure until some Thai hospital worker decided to brag. This is the crux of the matter -- the Thais don't care about what the rest of the world thinks -- they must punish the Thai woman because other Thais will laugh. Anywhere else they would have claimed ignorance as a cover-up--but here they think drawing attention to it and punishing someone exonerates the organization.

Think about it..."It's a problem that the Chinese are invading Chang Mai, but is much more serious that someone accused Suthep of having toenail fungus, and that someone (it never happened before) also made a threesome porno with an Issan girl and a katoi (gasp!).
