It's near the US Emb, 2 Churches I plan to frequent, and appears to be a good location.

I'm hoping to look at around 15k/mo

possible?

Thanks in advance

Maybe the BKK sub-forum could help

From my understanding is nothing for 15K in this area. Or 25k+ farang style, or 5-6-7K for 30 meters Thai style apartments. The area is kinda pricey due to all the Embassies etc. Look around soi Nai lert or lower Sukhumvit, its not that far but the prices are much better. Soi1, Soi13, Soi 6 etc.

slated, you are pointing to one of the most popular and expensive parts of BKK. Sure, there may be a few dog boxes for the price you want, but in the main, things start for very basic at 30K and go up very very quickly after that, 50K-60K being the very basic entry price.

Appreciate the replies. That was all I wanted to know.

I've recently learned that one of my investors has family in downtown BKK, so I no longer have any probs with info.
