They are probably being pre-emptive with possible law suits filed by animal activists, nothing will clog you up faster than a microwaved 'cheese bite'. :)

Spotted this little guy in 7/11 on Samui island.

What poor dogs you talking about? This one is in good condition and a/c that many Thai's don't have.

In Vietnan you never see stray dogs except on the menu.

Yep, there seems to be a merket for them, a helpful onward - ticket does the job.

Also Vientiane is pretty much dog free...wai2.gif

They are just lulling them into a false sense of security - there will be a lorry around later to take them for a nice trip to Vietnam with a bit of luck.

Also, who on earth wants to buy fresh food from a store riddled with those pox infected creatures?

Catweazle Eliminating a problem is more effective (and cheaper) than maintaining it!

Briandajew a nice trip to Vietnam with a bit of luck. / pox infected creatures

You lot really are a nasty piece of work. To hell with you.

Hopefully you will be on the lorry as well

Cp should also consider then setting up a network of animal shelters , hospitals to castrate those dogs and keep em off the streets.

The headline does say 711 to help store dogs

So lets store them in a good place

"7-Eleven to help store dogs"

"required vaccines such as rabies, mange and flea control"

Isn't the soi 7 beer garden already doing that?

Maybe do the same things to some of the horny old farangs. ;-)

"Although the survey’s estimate of just over 1,000 dogs lounging at the nation’s 7,900 7-Eleven stores seems conservative, any effort to control the dog population by getting some of them fixed is welcome."

"Just over 1000 dogs lounging" What about the thousands of farangs ?whistling.gif cheesy.gif BTW Excellent move by CP.

"What about the thousands of farangs"

Any effort to get them "fixed" would be universally welcome too. After "fixing" the aforementioned farangs, do you suppose the left over bits would find a market in the donated organ sphere?

Poor things.

That particular group appear quite healthy.

There are some seriously unhealthy ones by the 7-11 near me.

There used to be a goat living there too, if you were foolish enough to leave your recent market purchases in your motorcycle basket it would have them.
