Belgium Man Caught Red Handed For Blackmailing In Pattaya

PATTAYA – September 6, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 15.00 pm Pol.Lt.Col.Thanadech Chomchiaochan-inspector of Pattaya police station- and Pol.Capt.Anon Infong-deputy inspector of Children Woman Family Protection And Anti Human Trafficking Centre Of Provincial Police Region 2- was accompanied with police officers with Khon Kaen court order to arrest a Mr Humblet Raymond Pierre Andre Lucien aged 50 from Belgium in J.V. Mansion, South Pattaya after a Thai girl notified the police that Mr.Humblet took naked photos of her and then blackmailed her.

Upon inspecting his PC and hard drives they found a lot of naked pictures of Thai girls plus the officers found a pack of cannabis in the safe. Therefore the police officers took him to police station but he rejected all the allegations.

Pol.Lt.Col.Thanadech revealed that the Thai girl who was his girlfriend notified Khon Kaen police that Mr.Humblet blackmailed her by asking her for money or he will put her photos on the internet.

A TV member named Tatsujin posted the following comment in another thread back in 2012 involving a Thai who blackmailed a Norwegian girl. If what Tatsujin said is true, it would seem authorities only need to prove there was an “ attempt “.

“A similar case a while back involving a German attempting to blackmail a Thai resulted in the guy spending 7 years in jail. He's still there.”

Lets not forget that this appears to be her word against his word. If she knows he was into taking photos and keeping them on his hard drive, then he decides to dump her for whatever reason, weeeeeell

What a sweet little payback for the girl. Drugs on the premises a bonus.

Obviously only a possibility and against the general view, but possible. Be careful what you take pictures or videos off, or rather where you save them............
