Do I need to apply for my Retirement Visa Extension in the province where I'm currently showing my residence on my 90 day report?

I would much rather return to the Pattaya office where I've easily done several successful renewals in the past, and I've got a good rapport with the staff and officials.

Thanks!

No, you have to apply at the immigration office within whose catchment area your current abode lies.

And you are not actually seeking to extend your seemingly long-defunct non-O or OA visa but actually the latest "Admitted Until" date stamped in your passport as a result of your previous extension.

This old chestnut again.

You will get another annual extension based on your original "O" visa.

If you read the application form and required documents to prove your statement the process is quite logical.

That's why you need your arrival card (sometimes from many years ago) and copies of your original "O" visa and entry stamp.

And yes - from your "local" Immi office
