Egregious Beach Vendor Kicks Sand Over Female Tourist

PATTAYA – September 5, 2014 [Pattaya Dailiy News]; that there was a 1-minute video clip shared on the internet called “Expelled the tourist or sit on the chair !, Does the beach belong to your father ?” that was posted on YouTube and various channels. The video clip showed an incident of one man who walked up to a female foreign tourist who was applying sun screen and shouted “hey”! before he started kicking sand at her and forced her to leave the beach.

The man waved his hands and told her she can’t sit there before walking around kicking sand at her until she got angry and stood up and hit him with the towel. He then grabbed her arm and pushed her off the beach even though he gave her no reason why she couldn’t sit there.

Arrest Cambodian Man For Driving Away Russian Girl On Beach

PATTAYA – recently, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; on the internet there was a clip video that a beach operator drove away a foreign tourist who was sitting on Nuan beach in an operator area. It was heavily criticized that has destroyed tourism in Thailand.

On September 6th Mr.Ronnakit Aekasing-deputy mayor of Pattaya- strongly urged Pol.Maj.Gen.Thanet Pinmuangngam-commander of Chinburi- to catch the operator. Later the officials went to Nuan beach and arrested Mr.Peng aged 28 from Cambodia who drove away the foreigner.

Upon questioning Mr.Peng he said that the incident occurred in October 2013 after a Russian woman sat on the beach then Mr.Chalee told Mr.Peng to make the foreigner move to which she refused.They then started arguing while the Mr Peng was kicking sand over here she then stood up and left.

Pol.Maj.Gen.Thanet said that even though the incident occurred a last year it was still destroying the image of country. Initially the police found out that Mr.Peng had no work permit and he will be jailed for 5 years. Plus the officers will investigate who spreads the clip video on social network and they will prosecute ones in act of destroying good image of country.

Mr.Ronnakit said that the problems like this had happened many times but this case was crucial. However the foreigner didn’t notify the police, the officers couldn’t prosecute him anyway. Pattaya officials had strictly controlled these operators but some didn’t obey. The officials will inspect the beach operators on Ko Lan island on 8 September.

In addition the reporters revealed that the operators always had problems like this many times in Pattaya especially with beach operators. For example, Jet Ski operators had extorted money from foreigners for fake damage. These problems were unsolvable for Pattaya.

They would rather go after the jet-ski monsters, then an individual beach chair vendor. There is so much evidence on the www. about this, or they might set up a webcam opp. Mike Shopping. Things will not change, as long as education and steady prof. law enforcement does not change. Imagine all speed traps and cops gone from European or US highways. The next day they would turn into Daytona speedway. MS>
