Sometimes getting the correct emails within Airline networks can be frustrating.

I recently had a query with Thai and departing Australia.

Searching all through the web I came across this email ... [email protected]

They forwarded my email over to [email protected] and cc'ed me in the transfer.

Brisbane is my egress point for this flight.

From the above, I presume that you simply put the name of the departing City in Australia where Thai have an Office and TG flights to/from Australia.

Emails were answered within 24 hours of being sent, often earlier.

More or less, but for Sydney there's also [email protected] and [email protected]. I have never seen [email protected] and I think it doesn't exist. The Thai Airways Australia website should show the correct email addresses. Logically, I'd start with ticketing and reservations and if they transfer your email to another address then you can contact them directly through that address. I also have the email address of one THAI Airways local staff member, but with ticketing and reservations as a first step you can't go wrong.
