Sorry if this is too simple of a question, but here goes. I got a DUI in California in April. I am in the process of completing all requirements, have paid the fine, etc.Will there be any problem obtaining a simple tourist visa upon arrival? I'm assuming not. Thanks for the info.

When you arrive you obtain a visa exempt entry, not a tourist visa.

Whenever I have come in on a VE Stamp, there has never been questions asked as to whether I have a criminal record or not.... I think you will be absolutely fine.
