I was on the Thaivisa live chat this morning chatting along with a few members, logged out, tried to get back on a bit later on and since then, nothing.... All i get is a gray frame where the chat window should be, the rest of the page is there....

Were you logged in at the forum on the second time? Was it on the same computer? Seems that the java engine doesn't start correctly on your machine.

Restart your computer and login, go to the chat, and I belive everything will work fine.

Same pc, I rebooted, logged in and still could not get to the chat, tried many times around noon.

Gave it another try in the evening, still the same...

Then without rebooting or re-logging in i got IN
