What is current situation for Multi O based on marriage in Penang pls?

I had read they want 400k. Does this need to be held in account for any duration?

Can this by done by self at the consulate or is that place still a drama.

The money does not have to be in the bank any amount of time. The standard amount needed appears to be 400k

You go to the consulate and do it yourself or use an agent.

If you have the money in the bank it would better to get an extension of stay unless you are on a work rotation that would prevent you from being here long enough to do one.
