How much does is cost ? ( translate and the marriage registration in Amphur )

Can i change my tourist visa to Non O based on marriage in Pattaya or should i go to Laos/Cambodia for make new visa?

You need to have translated and registered with MFA before registration at District Office. There should be many translation services available (perhaps near District Office or Immigration good place to look). Expect cost will be about 2 thousand baht if they do the process and return to you but that is just a guess.

As you are female your marriage to a Thai will qualify you for one year extensions of stay so a conversion to non immigrant O visa entry of 90 days would be available in that process for 2,000 baht (but may have to be done in Bangkok).

I am sure there is a service in Pattaya to get the translation done. The translation also needs to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok but service can get this done for you. Normal translation fees are 400 to 500 baht per page.

If I recall correctly the fee at Amphoe is only about 40 baht.

You will not be able to do a change of visa status to a non immigrant visa entry based upon marriage in Pattaya. Only Bangkok immigration can do it. It would take two trips to Bangkok to do it. It would be just as easy to make a trip to Vientiane to get a non-o visa.

You can get the visa in Laos without your husband being with you. You will need your marriage certificate (plus a copy), signed and dated copies of his house book and ID card.

You do not need multi entry unless you do not wish to visit immigration and extend for a year - if that is the case multi entry should be available but Savannakhet is the normal source consulate for that. Immigration extensions will require you both appear.

A single entry visa is valid for 90 days from date of issue for entry - on entry it provides a 90 day stay from date of entry. Multi entry would be valid for one year from date of issue and a return on expiration date would obtain a last 90 day stay. Such visa require you exit Thailand every 90 days or less.

Single entry non-o gives one 90 day entry. A multiple entry non-o gives 90 day entries for a year that can give a total of 15 months by doing an entry just before the visa expires.

You can apply for a extension of stay at Immigration. You would not need to show financial proof because your fiancee is Thai. You can apply for the extension during the last 45 days of the 90 entry you get from a non-o visa.

thai visa make me confuse ...

so single entry gives 90 day so how many time can i extend my visa at immigration?

You don't extend your visa. You extend your permit to stay for a year and then get new extensions every year after that.

So Correct me if im wrong ,but thats mean if i have single entry non o (based on marriage ) give me 90 day but before extend my permit to stay to immigraton and they give me 1 years extension right?

If i have 1 years extension do i need to make report every 90 days?

But that is just a TM.47 form and does not require personal visit or husband so a lot easier than a visa border run/return using a multi entry visa for most people. Also much preferred by Immigration to be on extension than to be making border runs.
