It's British owned ( within the parameters of Thai regs). I'm British, currently based in the UK though did live in Thailand for ten years upto 2007. I'm looking for a credible broker to help with the transaction, due diligence etc. I see that Sunbelt Asia have a presence here and have offices worldwide so I'd welcome the comments and opinions of anybody who has had experience of them.
