Can we get these photos/videos above sent to some Thai media too? One way or another we need to communicate to the higher authorities that a) the photos and CCTV footage strike a real resemblance, cool.png the CCTV looks like it's been tampered with and c) ask why no DNA test has been done on the sons.

Intouch Toovichien appears to be at Stamford Uni but I can't see Warot in his friends list..

https://www.facebook.com/dodo.vt

i think this is warot's fb page

Same sideburns as in the crime scene photos. The Thai cops should use their superimposition techniques here and then mandate a DNA sample. If nothing else, to exonerate this kid. If there was truly outrage at what happened, the cops would not have taken "no" for an answer.

Cant you just say what youre getting at instead of playing some childish game.

It's not a childish game, what has got your goat, relax. What it clearly shows is how CCTV stills display the dates and time FLAT and not curved all over the screen.

The picture with the curve is a photograph of a printed picture which is not lying flat. the others are digital stills not reproductions.

That would make the text and digits distorted but not distorted in the sense that they bend and curve in the middle and not in accordance to the paper. They should still be parallel to the paper

The paper itself is not parallel to the camera. Note the converging lines of the bad inkjet printing.

In a former life I was well paid to photograph rare documents for auction. I know what I am talking about.

wow... they are really going ahead with the patsy?

can't believe they are pulling this off with all the media coverage it has.

The plot thickens.....wonderful !! This story reminds us of old times ....the patsy of the John F. Kennedy killing and many others !! The man in custody now have to match with a DNA-test compared with samples from the crimescene !! Media have to follow this closely !!

Posted

Why do say the plot thickens , this could very well be the truth you know !

I laugh at you guys placing pictures from facebook of relations with the headmans family and compare it with cctv footage of that running boy .

Guess what , he could be anyone with that kind of hairstyle , 1 million thais look the same on that cctv footage , also it could be the burmese guy that they caught .

Now , let the DNA speaks for itself and do not try to think its all a setup even if you want it to be .

We live in a deceitful world, the truth is harder to find. The internet encourages transparency. Many Thai sites are also investigating public domain evidence to determine some truth, after all that is what people want.yes people will post pictures and videos if it mean more people will see it,that is the point. If the DNA samples where taken from everybody except for certain people there will be outcry.

QUOTE"let the DNA speaks for itself and do not try to think its all a setup even if you want it to be ."

That is what the people wanted DNA testing to speak for it self, not just selective testing.I mean why was they testing young Burmese females and then complaining about the costs of testing.Looking at Thai forums and Facebook pages in Thai there is clear outrage at the situation.People doing their own homework in many cases has found something new in evidence.(I mean generally, not a particular case)

People want justice and that is why this case is so big.The spread of information cannot be stopped.

Question everything.

The time-stamp in photo that the lawyer is holding is white. Whereas the time-stamp in second corridor photo is a mix of white and black.

They could be different cameras with different settings, however if it's the same building with a single CCTV system I would have thought the time stamp would be the same on all images.

They both look like they're taken from the same camera because you can see a box in the far left of the corridor when you zoom in.

You'd have to contact the manufacturer of the cctv software or just consult a cctv specialist to find out whether the colour discrepancy is a tamper marker which would be my guess.

I'd imagine that the UK authorities have already spotted this & that's the reason for their offer to send cctv specialists over.

Well spotted tho.

Has anyone here had any dealings with the UK Embassy in Thailand

I feel they need to be made aware of alot of evidence which is provided both here and on facebook CSI LA

Do they respond to queries etc?

They are very, very good & always respond.

They are already aware.

Oh please stop it now, you could take pictures like that from any Thai guy in his 20's and match it with the cctv footage. He is not more guilty than you and I. We have an arrest , lets wait for the DNA first .

You don't seem to understand that a thai DNA test is insufficient & that it's unlikely that the thai authorities will allow another more capable country to confirm the tests properly.

So you think that he will be released in a few months ? No way, this is for life or death penalty, the pressure from the world will make sure of that. Not even 10 million baht iis worth it.

You can think it is a scapegoat as much as you want but they have the right guy this time.

It would seem that with all the pressure from inside Thailand and from abroad, that the family would have volunteered DNA samples to clear themselves if they were innocent. When will the police stop protecting the privileged and do their job? They claim human rights keeps them from swabbing the family but that didn't seem to be a factor with the Burmese. There is a huge story here that still needs to be told, and only the police can make it happen. The world is watching and waiting. Only doing the right thing can save the image of the country at this point.

The whole headmaster clan including the son Nomsod are well protected

by corruption.

This will not last forever because the world will not be quiet until this is cleared
