They closed long time ago. I don't think there is a Spanish restaurant now in Pattaya.

May sound weird, but Linda's, the Swedish (?) restaurant near the end of the hill in Thappraya,

right before the traffic lights, also has a salsa night and quite a few Spanish speaking people, as well as great - and very patient - teachers

I seriously doubt you'll find Spanish speakers at Havana Bar.
That's just a marketing thing. It's not a Cuban place really at all.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't Spanish and Italian speakers communicate well?

So I reckon many Italian speakers might also speak Spanish too, right?

It's true that you won't find many native Spanish speakers in town, but there are SCADS of Italians.
