Copy of passport - requirement for Non Imm O extension

Featured Replies

Somewhat pedantic perhaps, but to save wasting another bottle of extortionately priced printer ink and help save the planet, does Chaeng Wattana immigration need all the passport pages copied or just the relevant ones for a Non Imm O extension based on marriage?

I seem to recall last time they threw away the blank page copies I had made, but not sure on the non Thai visa pages?

All that should be needed is the visa and entry stamp that you have been extending. Most recent entry and your current extension. Copies of blank pages should certainly not be required.

Great thanks for feedback.

At Chaeng Wattana, on the first floor in the back, there is a photo and copy shop that will do your copies for 2 baht per copy.

Just tell them what extension or visa you want and they will know what needs to be copied.

That's how they make their living, and they have probably done passport copies for every kind of extension or visa at least once.

They will also do the photos for you at 100 Baht that immigration wants for the application.

Like I said, that is how they make their living.

I always love to watch nubbies telling the girls what pages to copy what do these people think that the copy people do all day. Know what pages you need copied because they do miss a page every once in a while.

Somewhat pedantic perhaps ...

I fail to see how it could be regarded as "pedantic. " Possibly you meant parsimonious or penurious??
