I cant see what your problem is , are you being forced to read the 'pathetic' comments of the members here ?

If you are convinced that this investigation is 100% then all will be fine , but if its not then maybe those you despise will have helped prevent an appalling miscarriage of justice. Im no conspiracy theorist but it is plain that all is not as claimed , I would call it deluded to just accept the official line.

I never used the word pathetic you have put in parenthesis and never indicated I was forced to read anything as you are not forced to read my posts. Nor do I despise anyone who I have replied. Nor have I said the investigation or evidence is 100%. I am also unaware of any investigation that is 100% I have also indicated they cops "may have" deprived rights to these guys but have made clear the the evidence is overwhelming against them and there is no evidence to suggest the rich Thai kid who was taking an exam in Bangkok and video taped in Bangkok on the day of the murders had anything to do with this.

Again based on what is being reported ...

There friend who was with them right up until the crime will be a witness against them.

Witnesses have put them around the scene at the time of the incident as well as video.

They didn't come forward despite weeks of the publicly stating they were looking for those singing/playing guitar and in at least one of the videos.

A phone of one of the victims was found at their place. (not the phone Facebook forensics keep showing that was collected and displayed by police in the first days of the investigation)

They confessed

And the big kicker -- their DNA matches the semen on the victim.

And to add ...

The Semen DNA collected well before these two identities were known was also sent to Singapore. So, at least two labs have typed the DNA. Now we have two suspects who match that DNA. Two suspects unless who disappear from the face of the earth (along with their family) will be able to be checked again by their lawyers, NGO and others who want to prove their innocence down the road.

While many seem to have accepted the reality of the situation after initial disbelief their original suspicions are almost certainly wrong (not a Thai or wealthy Thai), others are having a much harder time coming to grips with this.

There are questions that foreign media and governments will want answered. Some of these can be explained, however; some are quite difficult to answer. These questions include:

  • Why were some suspects allowed to refuse DNA sampling?
  • Why did the phone get turned in and then appear in the bushes behind a migrant worker's residence, and why would such a high value theft item be discarded so close to the residence?
  • Why was the FBI uninvited to participate and the DNA sent to a country where Thailand has connections?
  • Why were the current suspects cleared, then uncleared of suspicion?
  • Will DNA collected from the bodies in England match your samples?

If they can answer these questions, all will be satisfied. Otherwise, people will call foul blue diamond caper until Hades freezes over. This one is not going away anytime soon.

How can you say it's a different phone?

The phone in just in front of Hannah in the first picture. It's clear it's her phone.

The phone is just in front of the police one the second picture - it's clear it has been handed over.

OMG, you are comparing the same phone. One pic is from the night before the crime and one from the next day ... not the one they found at the suspects place which they never said was Hannah's but rather belonged to one of the victims. It very well could have been his or been her second phone for Thailand they retrieved outside the suspects apartment.

You seem to be skipping over all the other evidence and focusing on this bogus conspiracy plot from Facebook.

Even Thai PBS is asking these questions now, and looking for more transparency in the investigation. One observation they made was that the DNA results on the current suspects came back faster than the process can allow.

With out meaning to prejudge in any way, if you "google" Arakanese, view the images and you will find several disturbing pictures of people mutilated and murdered with dreadful fatal head injuries. One Bhudhist lady raped and murdered in this way. Be warned the images are graphic. Its not appropriate to provide the hyperlink on the forum.

you mean there is a legal process ha ha when does that start ???????

Why the need for extended detention, if the proof is there? xsick.gif.pagespeed.ic.tVTSNn-2vr.png

Quite simply, because it's not, and the whole world of Thai policing now plays a major role, watched by the world's media.

It is simply the legal process. There is only a finite time police can hold a person without the court's approval.

I think if the RTP want to regain any credibility they would allow the independent investigation. If their ducks are in a row their findings will be confirmed and face saved.

But then there is the Human Rights Violation question... i.e. scalding water on the witnesses??

The two suspects were seen to be very exhausted as they have been questioned throughout the night.

I wonder why they didn't just say they would remain silent at this time and only make statements in court like all Thai gangsters and politicians say when they are questioned by police. Ouch! Oh! Now I know.

I would guess that the one referred to ask Saw, Cho, Cholin, Soren etc is actually Kyo Lyn or similar. With all the grandstanding about preparing for AEC, Thai officials' linguistic skills in English and the languages of neighbouring countries remain infantile.

The police said they would officially indict the two suspects on October 8...

So they havnt been charged yet.... yet the PM is out there along with god knows how many other officials speaking of congratulations .. guilt and all the rest proven no charges made...

So they have 12 days more to work out how to link all this with credibility.... good luck with that because the next 12 days will see a heck of a lot more people looking into this now..

We've already had threats from police and from what im hearing some Thai sites and forums that could previously be posted on are now blocked to people outside Thailand wanting to post... pathetic really

Expect to see more attempts at muzzling forums and talk if its not towing the party line or becoming embarrassing.

I was talking with a couple of Thai guys last night. They asked me if I was following the case and what was my opinion my opinion. At first I said that I thought it best that I kept my opinions to myself, but I did say that I thought the two Burmese guys were innocent. It went on form there to them saying that their opinion and from what they have read on Thai sights many Thais are saying that it is a fit up and general opinion is that it was Mafia related. They see it as shame on Thailand. Their words.

the only reason i can think of as to why the hot shot family on Kao Tao refused DNA testing is because it would then be stored in the police files.

Sometime in the future there will be a knock on the door about a serious crime either in the future or the past with their DNA on it and matched

and-------got ya this time

and lastly the police ask for DNA and they said "no" so ok they walk away leaving a large envelope behind facepalm.gif

The Daily Mail website is easily accessible from within Thailand with very little effort.

If I were a journalist I would go to Burma & track down the families of these two Burmese suspects & see if they had recently had a windfall.

The police need the 12 extra days to have facebook and forums like these translated for them. They need to find out where all the holes are in their story so they can make things up to fill them.

ABOUT TIME

Stop the police framing these Burmese guys.

Find evidence of the headman's sons who did it

Just get their DNA and the case will be solved

What if the police did not frame the Myanmar migrant workers ?

What if the headmans son is not a killer ?

What if the DNA is correct ?

Do not judge anyone until the facts and evidence have been proven to be correct .

the travel to Ban Nathon pier on Samui took three hours.

I am very impressed the suspects didn't fall out the speed boat and "drown" on the way...

A nasty accident in The Samui jail, is possibly not out of the equation.

Hi time you heeded your own advise! How do you suggest your beloved police proceed from here? PROVEN - is the key word and whilst we have the "Keystone Cops" in charge this fiasco will remain so!
