Police clarify Koh Tao victim's cellphone 'planting'

I'm no expert on diplomacy, but surely there is more to it than brown-nosing the host country?

It's fairly obvious that the murder investigation case has not been carried out with reference to internationally accepted procedures or respect for human rights or due process of law.

It is also clear that any discussion on TV is likely to be ignored by the authorities.

However might it not be more effective if TV members were to petition the UK ambassador to voice the concerns of the international expat community concerning the conduct of this affair?

Look at this post by minikev who may explain better than I

the difficulty to understand what they exactly mean when you don't have on your eyes

all documents and pictures they have. A+B+C = 3 people. A is witness, B+C are suspects.

It's all going around in circles as the pathologist stated a third person and the police say they didn't explain who they thought C was or how his DNA is on Hannah's nipples. I get what you're saying that A is a witness and my question would be, if his DNA is on the weapons/victims is he not a bit more than a witness? My second question would naturally be why didn't he come forward at the time? Is this the third Myanmar person who was released and is now claiming the police beat the snot out of them all? It's no wonder people are struggling to swallow the police's word on anything really..

No it's not going around in circles you are.

He states that 3 people were in the vicinity of the crime before the crime took place. They were playing the guitar, singing songs and smoking LM red cigarettes. DNA was taken from the cigarette butt it had the DNA of 2 people on it and this led them to check cctv to see who had purchased them.

DNA from 2 people was found on Hannah. The suspects were a group of 3 people person A and B were on the cig and person B and C were found on Hannah this evidence only places person A at the area where they were singing NOT at the scene of the crime.

But they specifically said it was Hannah's phone previously.....

It takes smarts to keep track of everything , especially when planting evidences

Ah John,

So good to hear from you again.

Just one thing-it did not start with the phone issue. That was just one on a list of inconsistencies that many were already confused about and concerned by.

Oooh look, here's one big glaring one right now:-

Here is today's interview of a policeman and a police pathologist by Sorayud on Channel 3 where a police pathologist definitively confirms the presence of an as yet unidentified third suspect's DNA on Hannah's body.

"The pathologist said that DNA of B and a third person C was found on Hannah's nipples. The third person was not David. The policeman didn't explain who the police thought C was or how he came to deposit his DNA on Hannah's nipples."

(info originally shared by Dogmatix on #265 on http://www.thaivisa....spects/page-11)

All guilty should be found and brought to justice. The two should not take all the fall for an absent third . Noone who values justice can disagree with that, not even you I imagine.

Actually he did explain. He said DNA from person A + B were found on the cigarette butt and DNA from Hannah was found from person B + C..

At first this confused me as from memory I was thinking of the markers they placed on the 3 suspects on the motorbike. After taking another look what he says is understandable that DNA from only 2 people was taken from Hannah.

I watched the whole interview and it has to be said the way he explains the evidence and the way it was collected has convinced me some that these could be the murderers.

The pathologist also explained the scarring to David very well.

What's your understanding of what the pathologist said about DNA deposited in Hannah's nipples.

Police also found a pair of Mr Ware's blood-stained pants in Miller's luggage and an Apple iPhone with long blonde hairs snagged on it.

BP 17th September.

The police already said sorry, the pants were planted by ayoung officer and the blood was actually Paint.

Though one does wonder where the bloody clothes are.

Yes, David's phone....so it walked out and found itself in a freezer bag in bushes behind the boys rooms.

Everyone seen the latest CSI LA finding, a street vendor was used as the head translator for the 2 Burmese > https://www.facebook.com/CSILA90210/photos/a.600950366649359.1073741828.596740650403664/711184465625948/?type=1&theater

It also turns out that the 'roti' seller is a rohingya their language is a little different from the Burmese. We all know the issues in burma with the rohingya.

This being the case his translation is doubtful. Know wonder the boys were frightened,

This guy has been at all the interviews and re enactments and has no qualifications, wonder what he was offered for the job.

In any other country this would have been enough to throw the case out of court.

We also know David had 2 phones an I phone 4 and a cheaper samsung for travelling.

The police said they had found an iphone at the scene that had a cracked screen and a blonde hair stuck to it. They tried to blame Chris Ware on phone and trouser blood.

The police originally said the boy's threw the phone away because they didn't know how to work it. If it was the old samsung anyone can use them.

The police posted on social media that anyone circulating alternative theories against the police's official story would be prosecuted

Well they're going to have some work with TV......I almost laughed....
