last week in the daily rath[thai paper] the wife said they are going to introduce 5 restrictions if you are renewing or applying for a driving licence.

how they are going to implerment it i dont have a clue.

people are going to have a doctors certificate to say they are fit to drive.

why the wife told me is that i have had heart surgery and that is one of the 5reasons if the doctor see's fit to not pass you.what about all them with bad eyesight and attitudes,are they 2 of the 5.i wonder what i will say if the doctor asks me

and of course there's those [ millions]that drive without a licence or insurance.

Some of the doctors here would say you were fit to drive even if you were dead as long as the fee was paid

I would guess it's someone in Thailands DLT Gov dept trying to look busy.
