Does someone knows if it's possible now to have a visa at this place ?

I have a multi entry Non-O for one year but need to go out of Thailand each 3 months.

You cannot do a crossing there. You would need to get a visa for Myanmar from the embassy in Bangkok.

So it's not like in north of thailand where you can go in one day cross the border , pay 10$ and come back with your visa.

It is not like the the 3 crossings to Myanmar where you can pay for a border pass.

Assuming you're in PrachuapKK province, have a look at yesterday's post concerning undertaking that task in Ranong (nearest border crossing)
