I seem to have to phone my bank in Ireland regularly.

My wife has a detak cell phone number.

I use this with the code 004 but it's still expensive if i get the answering machine.

Is there a cheaper way by cell phone or should I learn how to do by skype.

The 'cheapest' would probably be via the Internet using VoIP services like skype.

I'm using AIS for 12 years now and when dialing 008, when calling Europe, it's really cheap, pretty much similar to Skype.
