PATTAYA – October 20, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 2.30 a.m., Pol.Cap. Vitsanu Chaisuwan (Deputy Inspector of Pattaya city police station, Chonburi province) and forces of police team together arrested Mr. Montri Atthawijit or Mon, aged 20 (a speed boat driver at Pattaya beach), from no. 144, Moo 14 Tambon Dong Ling, Amphur Kamalasai, Kalasin province, who was an amphetamines agent, with exhibits of 10 amphetamines pills. He was detained to be investigated and prosecuted.

Pol.Capt. Vitsanu revealed that Mr. Montri or Mon sold amphetamines to groups of drug addicts in the Pattaya area, therefore the police had kept a close watch on his behaviour when they saw him riding up and down Soi Bua Khao so the police thought that he might be delivering amphetamines to customers.

The police then stopped him to be searched. During the search, Mr. Montri acted suspiciously even though the police didn’t find any illegal items or drugs so they detained him to be searched at the police station where the police found 10 amphetamine pills tapped to his crotch hidden in his underwear.
