Monkorn Posted October 21, 2014 Posted October 21, 2014 I'm here on a multi entry Non-O visa and recently made some purchases that qualify for the tourist refund. I'm curious as to whether or not I can make this claim when exiting Thailand based on my visa type since I'm not a tourist. I asked the lady who completed the VAT refund forms, but she didn't quite understand stand. She told me I don't have Visa, I have MasterCard. Although I got a good laugh from her response, it didn't help answer my question. Have any of you been successful making this claim on anything other than a tourist visa or visa exempt stamp?
