Hi,

I have been searching the forum for this information as I read it yesterday but now cannot find it. The information was that since February this year the Thai government are issuing retirement visas to foreigners who are over 50 but are still working in their home country. I just wanted to get more information or a website link. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Makyai

There is nothing new in that. Once a year, during the last 30 days of your current permission to stay, you have to be in Thailand to present your application for extension. Immigration does not care, and never has cared, where you live for the rest of the year.
