It seems they have given the decisive role of what to do with the Jet-skis to none other than (drum roll, please) Kn Phuripat of the marine Office!!. You couldn't make it up. Jesus wept.

What a farce. This guy is a spineless jellyfish that kowtows to the mighty envelope. Anyone want to bet against the jet skis being allowed to operate via a "compromise" that won't be a compromise at all. Why not let the NCPO actually dictate that no jet skis be allowed as they are making commerce on the beach? It worked for the vendors, why isn't it working for these jet ski clowns (rhetorical question)?
