Is there anywhere in bangkok to get imported or Thai brand quality sleeping tablets such as melatonin or similar. It seems difficult to buy from the states. I looked at sellers on Amazon and they all state they dont ship to Bangkok. Anyone with experience getting sleeping aid tabs?

When I asked my local Thai Pharmacy about Melatonin, she said it should not be used because, it makes the skin very sensitive to sunlight ...

usually her advice is good... so perhaps why not easy to get here???

It was banned in Canada, (not sure if it still is) .... but available in US...

I see in this thread that Sheryl suggests using it .... her advice is usually good.... ??? Makes it hard to know sometimes...

Ah thanks Sheryl, that's interesting, .... I have a friend who suffers from psoriasis, with me at the time, and gets a cream from her, when he visits Thailand, so that maybe where the wires on wording got crossed...

Likewise, and I have ordered heaps of different vitamins for me and the missus from them.

Iherb! Never paid duty, never had a package missing. Excellent and cheap!
