and now the ferrets?........Complete Troll

If you haven't read this classic TV topic, give it a go for how to produce a quality pub topic. - Giving The Ferret A Run wink.png

The OP's post there.

For me giving my ferret a run once a day keeps him happy but I beleive many people think it should be at least twice .

There are quite a few places for ferret runs in thailand recently I have found sukhumvit has a few places.

How often do you give your Ferret a Run and where do take him for the run.

Also I have known many people over the years that dont take their ferrets for runs instead keep them home and hand feed them ,

surely that isn't enough exercise"

Any way I am intersted to hear from all you ferret owners how you take care of your ferrett.

I bet it's one of your 'sayings' being the old pants man that you are! 555555

I still give the ferret a run, occassionly when mrs neverdie allows it, of course :P

Hey Costas, you live near KK, right? I'm only a couple or three hours away. Next time I bring the truck up to be serviced, I'll shout you a cuppa.

Ohhh dear, will this end up in being the first kiwi milked in KK ?

Your a brave man ! 555555

Another confused member.

I'm a bloody accountant.

I know as much about trucks as you know about ferrets.

God......give me strength.

That's completely different.

Costas is a professional Greek Milker that specialises in Badgers and rats. I believe he is branching out into ferrets.

He was the first official user of the x-large TGAU......he even wears the badge to prove it ;)

Ayuh...forgot about that.

Fortunately, my genetic code is fairly far removed from those particular mammals.

ND is right - i have the truck serviced at the dealer. To translate from kiwi/aussie slang, "shout you a cuppa" means to buy you a cup of tea or coffee or even a beer (but usually a bottle of beer, not a cup)

The saddest thing today was seeing Costas being accused of being a troll.

It was a new low on TV.

Seems some don't ever have a sense if humour .

excuse our Lords may they haven't read who started this topic.

if you look at the general forum it seems Thailand got a third season: rain, dry and TROLL season...

I have fond memories of Greece, Crete specifically. Used to pick tomatoes at Kokkinos Pirgos, on the south coast, for a couple of months a year before heading to a Moshav in Israel. Oh the Rakki and the retzina! The food was out of this world! This would have been around late seventies, wonder what it is like now?

When I was there, all the local fruit was strictly out of bounds!!!!

I do recall one hot and dusty morning, seeing an old man with his donkey loaded up with sticks along with his wife who struggled on behind. Upon seeing this, I had to say something so I walked over and explained that she was carrying too much and she is old. He tutted and then removed some sticks from the donkey and put them on top of the wife's high pile!!!!

I find the fruits in Thailand to be luscious, soft and sweet. But every now and then you get a real bitter one!! They are easy to pick, but you can end up penniless if you pick a sour one.

I found the Greek fruit to mainly be working or hidden from view. I was told that on Crete, if you picked the fruit, you'd have to wed. I steered clear of Greek fruit trees!

You have to remember he brings with him the genetics of the great philosophers, the great generals and the origins of democracy.

With a bloodline like that, even the subject of ferrets can take on a higher, more sublime meaning.

That's a great point, maybe if Costas had mentioned democracy in his ferret post it would have been okay, although it probably would have become a red shirt thread very quickly.
