VL seal on top of my second last page of my passport.. i applied for tourist visa but they deny n put VL seal on second last page

Could it be Vientiane Laos. Just a annotation that you applied for and was denied a visa there. It would mean nothing to another embassy, consulate or Thai immigration

hasib20102, it would help if you could post a scanned copy or a photo of the "VL seal" and if you mentioned who put it there.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

Hello Dear Admin

I would like to verify hasib20102 claim regarding this "VL" on the back page of the passport. "VL" is black printed on top of the back page of the passport and recently someone from Bangladesh got rejected from thai embassy with this seal. Nobody can give any solid information regarding the meaning of this "VL". Hopefully you would be able to shed some light in it. FYI the "VL" sign was probably put by the Royal Embassy of Thailand when they rejected the visa.
