Wise additional information requested by August 3rd

Featured Replies

Has anyone received the email from Wise requesting additional information to be provided by August 3rd?

If yes, you are welcome to let us know what is requested and any other relevant information.

Meanwhile those of us who are still waiting for this "Godot" email might consider heading to the nearest temple and make merit...

I believe no one has received an email from Wise requesting additional info. i.e. documents

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Patience.

There are 5 pages of discussion on this topic already. Do we really have to go through it all again?

A lot of us Brits who already have Wise accounts don't have UK addresses, so we used the only address we do have which we can easily verify, which is here in Thailand. Also, when we opened the accounts, there was no indication that we would be treated differently in the future, depending on whether we lived in our "home" country or our "adopted" country where we chose to retire.
