^ that's really nice.

That's not a weed it's a grass! ... big fad for years planting them in gardens in western countries ! They call them Ornamental Grasses! tongue.pngthumbsup.gif

@sometime I think that this is the first photo I have seen of yours on the forum.....Lovely photo, will look forward to hopefully seeing some more.

Oki, Oki, I apologise ; Accept my excuses, please...

It was a bad interpretation from me; a weed is a bad grass .

something we don't want in our english gardens ...like in Chiang_Klang, north of Nan

Now that is a weed that grows on the roadsides and it causes me no end of trouble with punctures on my bike.

Its the seeds that are the problem with their spikes, forever pulling them out of the tires and fixing the holes in the tubes.

But then if I kept on the sealed roads I wouldn't have the problem.

If I did I wouldn't see a fraction of what I see now.

^^^ Robby...have a look at your favourite up market bike shop

for a can of "Slime". It's green too! Squirt the stuff into your

tubes and presto...no more flats caused by things such as

those spikey seeds. Also works good against pinch flats.

I haven't had a flat in 3 years of using the stuff. Mind you;

keep your tires properly inflated or it doesn't work that well.

Maxxis also make a great tube that's made of kevlar weave

but sadly they're pricey.

Here's a useful weed, if you get a cut, it will stop bleeding almost instantly! Just rub on the cut!

Grows just about every where...

Just a weed next to the sea.

post-237730-0-88835000-1431746063_thumb.

Not always.....^ mango trees like eucalyptus grow back foliage after a fire... also some seeds need fire to germinate.....

Moving on, this is quite an attractive weed, but can become quiet invasive.... no idea of name!!

_MG_3384-25.jpg

Can't get rid of these, they come up all over the garden.
