Jomtien Beach Road to be "one-way" ?

Banners across Jomtien Beach Road ( in Thai ) seem to indicate that from 12th November traffic will be one - way along Jomtien Beach Road - direction north to south ( from Jomtien towards Na-Jomtien). I'm not sure if that is to be permanent, or just for the day ( 12th November ). Nor does it seem to indicate how far along the beach road the one - way system will extend. Anyone have any more info ?
