The Army arrived this morning and not a Umbrella or chair could be seen on the entire beach. It appears that they are sectioning off areas just for the people and the Beach Chair Mafia will have to apply for permits for certain sections. The sections have been measured and numbered.

Lets see how long this lasts. wai2.gif
