Lady friend of mine has signed up with TQM insurance. Paid money up front but can't get any documents out of them, despite phone calls etc.

Any good or bad reviews of this company?

YQM is a broker, did your friend try to contact the company direct to see whether he is insured?

    They are a broker/agent and a bloody annoying one. When it's time to renew our insurance (already since a couple of years with Tokio Marine and no intention of changing) they call us 4-6 times a day. I have now a lot of numbers of them blocked in the phone.

    Good for you, hope it works out.

    But if I ever want to change insurance I rather use AA insurance Brokers
