I have been told that Cernitin is very good for your health has any body heard of it or used it only I have never heard of it I have been told it is very good for cancer survivors

I am not aware of any such claims.

Its hypothesized benefit is for benign enlargement of the prostate, not cancer. Studies suggest it may be mildly helpful for that.
